Our models are generally around 5'9" (175 cm) tall and are typically photographed wearing a Size Small.

A Size Small generally corresponds to US Size 2.

Please note that sizing may vary slightly depending on the fabric, design, and stretch of the material. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

The standard length of our dresses is approximately 31 inches (79 cm) for Size Small, measured from the top of the shoulder.

📦ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🚚SHIPPING TIME

Delivery times vary by location:

🌍SHIPPING FEES

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $60: $6.99 USD.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order amount.

📍TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

• Tracking may show “Awaiting Item” or “Label Created” initially; your package is already in transit.

• Allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving the number.

⚠️DELIVERY ISSUES

• Lost or delayed packages: If there’s no tracking update for over 30 days, contact service@heyshelly.com.

• Incorrect address: Notify us before shipment to update. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

• Returned packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be resent after paying reshipping fees.

📬ORDER TRACKING STATUS EXPLANATION

• Shipment Information Received: Order confirmed, waiting for pickup.

• In Transit: Package is on its way internationally.

• Arrived at Destination Country: Package has reached local customs or postal facility.

• Out for Delivery: Package is being delivered to your address.

• Delivered: Package has been successfully delivered.

At heyshelly, our goal is for you to love every item you receive. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

General Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must remain attached.

• Unless the item is defective or damaged, Final Sale or Clearance products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Orders paid entirely with Store Credit or Coupon Codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can choose to receive store credit, a replacement item, or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return labels are not provided, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us at service@heyshelly.com to request a return or exchange.

2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your package and specify the size or item you’d like in exchange (availability not guaranteed).

3. Ship your return to the address provided in our email response.

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed or your refund will be issued.

REFUNDS

Please make sure to provide a tracking number when sending back your return. Without tracking information, we won’t be able to process your refund.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned package.
Please note:

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees cannot be refunded.

• Items purchased with store credits from a previous return are not eligible for additional free returns.

• Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
